Waves Baseball Cap

ITEM RECEIVED WAS NOT THE SAME AS ITEM ORDERED

Citrus Reef offers their waves cap in vintage blue, black, and red. I ordered one vintage blue and one vintage red waves cap for my nephews. When they finally arrived, I received one red and one BLACK. (See photo, which clearly shows the attached label confirming that it was the black cap.) Obviously, I wanted to return the incorrect black and obtain the blue that I ordered, but there was no paperwork included in the package. On January 19, I therefore replied to their email saying that the items had shipped ([****]) describing this problem and asking how I can return the incorrect black one and obtain the correct blue one that I ordered. I even sent a second, fresh email (rather than reply to their shipping email) on January 21 to [****], this time with the photo attached, when I received no response to the first email, and again I have received complete radio silence (now 9 days later). I give up. Terrible customer service. I won't order from them again.

And good fit. Love it!

I thought the hat would be a more solid color, but the washed-out look isn't for me. It makes the hat look faded and worn.

I have a larger head and this hat just doesn't fit comfortably. The adjustable strap only goes so far, and the hat itself sits too tight.
