Yes - All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking information. We recommend using a soft jewelry cloth to clean and polish your pieces, but would discourage the use of cleaning solutions or ‘dips’ as these can often be too abrasive. Please note that on all plated jewelry, it is essential to follow the above guidelines to avoid excessive wear and tear.
To protect your jewelry, pieces should be individually placed in a pouch or within a soft lined box to stop them being scratched or tangled.
