I didn’t receive it and it was a gift for my mom. When I contacted the customer service they told me I had to figure it out with UPS first but I was disappointed because they should have some sort of shipping insurance. I’m still waiting for a response from UPS after filling my claim but honestly I wouldn’t purchase from this online shop ever again
