I only got these after a second attempt of purchase for the original price of $36 dollars, afterwards my order was refunded since they updated their inventory. I feel like these practices serve the business infrastructure more than providing a carefree customer experience. Inflation affects all avenues of industry however an original purchase price should always be honored. As my initial infatuation with these earrings had a major contingency on the price point.
The product is fine and you get what you pay for, for the most part. The customer service or lack therefore of leaves more to be desired.
